Sam Moe is the author of two poetry books, with two more forthcoming in 2024: Animal Heart (3-Day Chapbook Contest) and Cicatrizing the Daughters (FlowerSong Press) and she has received fellowships from Longleaf Writer’s Conference and Key West Literary Seminar, as well as writing residencies from VCCA and Château d’Orquevaux. Her work has appeared in or is forthcoming from The Texas Review, Southeast Review, Westchester Review, and others.
Julia Rapp is a poet and songwriter who lives in Brooklyn, New York where she works as a writer. Her work has been featured in Birdcoat Quarterly, 45th Parallel, Angle and others. Kathryn Rossetter Actress/ Writer; her essays have appeared in"BabyBoomers.com,", "Manifest- Station.net", "No Kidding; Women Writers on Bypassing Parenthood,", "The Hollywood Reporter”, and "The Gettysburg Magazine". Solo shows, "Ripe" and "Starving Hysterical Naked", that were performed at venues in New York City. One-act, “The Water Boy” was produced by the Gilgamesh Theatre to excellent reviews. Full length play, “Tacky Gardens” is a second round selection in the Austin Film playwriting division of the Film festival. She has created 3 sketch comedy shows in collaboration with Nancy Giles and one in collaboration with Connie Ray. All of which were performed in various venues around New York City and LA. Two screenplays, "Fine!" and "Virgin Territory", were semi-finalists for Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting, leading to an option for "Virgin Territory". She is the recipient of a Tennessee Williams Fellowship for developing solo performances.
Aïcha Martine Thiam is a trilingual/multicultural writer, musician and artist, and might have been a kraken in a past life. She's been nominated for Best of the Net, The Best Small Fictions and The Pushcart Prize. Angela Townsend is the Development Director at Tabby’s Place: a Cat Sanctuary. She graduated from Princeton Seminary and Vassar College. Her work appears or is forthcoming in Arts & Letters, Chautauqua, CutBank, Lake Effect, Paris Lit Up, Pleiades, The Razor, and Terrain.org, among others. Angie has lived with Type 1 diabetes for 33 years, laughs with her poet mother every morning, and loves life affectionately.
Paula Maseda is a Spanish writer based in Asturias. She has published and co-edited an illustrated poetry book titled La vulnerabilidad de vivir en un cuerpo (2020). She has also published a poetry book titled Crezco como un bosque with Orpheus publishing house. Her new poetry collection, Colmillos de Leche, will be published by Camelot publishing house this year. She has participated in several collaborative zines both in English and Spanish, one of which she has edited, called "en carne viva," which focuses on the experiences of people with BPD. Reading and writing are synonymous with resistance, and she hopes to continue doing so for many years to come.
Mia Alexander is a sophomore at Wesleyan University majoring in Film Studies and minoring in Data Analysis. Previously named a commended Foyle Young Poet by The Poetry Society UK, this year she was invited to tour the Connecticut Student Poetry Circuit by the Connecticut Poetry Society. Her writing has been featured in Blue Flag Literary Magazine, Warmly Zine, and Wesleyan University’s The Lavender, of which she serves as Poetry Editor. In her free time, Mia enjoys listening to Dave Brubeck and the Beatles, re-watching Annie Hall, and learning riffs on her bass.
